Creating a professional resume and cover letter allowed me to understand and meet the expectations of potential employers while meeting the standards of professional writing. This process involved tailoring my documents to highlight my relevant skills and experiences, ensuring clarity and conciseness, and using a formal tone. Also, I learned to structure my resume and cover letter in a way that presents my qualifications effectively, aligning with specific job requirements. This experience enhanced my ability to communicate my skills and achievements positively. Furthermore, through the drafting and peer review process, I learned how to receive constructive feedback, revise and edit my work, and self-assess its quality. This iterative process helped me improve my writing and critical thinking skills and ensuring that my final work was of high quality.
